The Great Northern Carousel...

One of Emilia's favorite places to go! The Great Northern Carousel is close to home and is cheap entertainment for both kids. (I think Emilia likes it more than Tristan though.) She always wants to go again and again.
Look how happy she is!
Tristan is just not quite sure of the whole thing.
She grins the WHOLE time!
She kept saying "Weeeeeee! Weeeeee!"
This was a little more his speed!
He actually smiled for this ride.
Emilia took lamby with her...we don't go very far without her these days!

Random pictures from one day...

These babies are so much fun!
Tristan thought it was funny that he could climb on his sister's lap and squish her.
At least they were both laughing!
Tristan's favorite seat in the house is next to Dexter.
Cuddling with Dexter. So cute!
Bathtime for the kids after a long day.
Doesn't Tristan look thrilled! LOL!

Let's go camping!

We took the new-to-us trailer camping for the first time. We went to Canyon Ferry Lake KOA. It was a lot of fun! They had a playground so the kids could burn off some energy too.
Steve, Tristan, and Emilia relaxing on the couch.
Marisa, Tristan, and Emilia relaxing on the couch. Look at Marisa's 28 week prego belly!
All this fresh air makes Joker tired!
Emilia was brave and climbed to the slide all by herself.

Tristan was having fun digging in the sand.
Tristan and Dexter by the campfire.
Emilia and Steve enjoying the campfire.
Dexter was getting some love from Tristan.
Look at him stand! (No, he STILL does not walk!!!)
Emilia "helping" Tristan stand.
Time for bed. Tristan and his buddy fred.
Emilia is ready too. She took lamby, grace grace, and gigi to sleep with.

YAY the fence is done!!!!

Steve and I got the fence done...finally! We took the kids outside one morning and let them play in the backyard while we finished the fence. It looks awesome!!!
Emilia playing in the car.

Tristan scooting all over the place.
Steve putting pickets on.
More pickets! I think there are a total of 765 pickets!
The finished product...the backyard
The sideyard

Grass, Grasshoppers, and Cars....

...just a lazy day in Montana! We took advantage of the great weather and hung out outside all morning. Tristan was having fun rolling in the grass, Emilia found a "ya-yopter" (grasshopper) friend, and they both had fun with the Little Tykes car.
Tristan in the grass
"Yook Mama, a ya-yopter!!!"
Inspecting the grasshopper
She thought it was really cool...it was not quite alive so it did not jump away. LOL!
Emilia pushing Tristan in the car.
What fun!
He was enjoying the ride...really!

Last Chance Train Tour of Helena

We went on the Last Chance Train Tour of Helena when my parents were here visiting. It takes you around Helena showing the mansions, historic buildings, and other important landmarks. It was a lot of fun!

Tristan, Opa, and Oma waiting for the train to get moving.

Emilia got to pull the string to blow the whistle.
After the train tour, we went for dinner at a Mexican restaurant.

Emilia's 4th of July tractor ride!

Here are the tractor pictures from the 4th of July that I could not find. Emilia talked Papa into letting her help drive the tractor to the barn. She had so much fun! (Of course she had to take lamby on the ride too!!!)

Backing up to the barn.
She thought it was funny. She kept laughing.
Tristan with Grandma. He wanted to go on the tractor...maybe next year when he is a little bigger!
